Steve Bleasdell works extensively in real estate and business litigation/dispute resolution, with an emphasis on easements, boundary disputes, real estate transactions and construction defect litigation. A cornerstone of Steve’s litigation philosophy is to pick you fights carefully to provide the maximum benefit to the client.  Every dispute has its own unique facts and leverages, and, given the expense of litigation, it is crucial to understand the facts and law applicable to the dispute right out of the gate to avoid wasted effort and be able to appreciate when a reasonable resolution is at hand or whether trial will be necessary to achieve a client’s goals.

Steve takes his fiduciary duty very seriously and prefers working collaboratively with clients that want to be actively engaged in every step of the litigation process. 

Steve enjoys painting, sculpting, gardening and fly fishing and lives in Petaluma with his wife and two daughters.
